Ground yourself

When you are finding that your head is getting foggy and you want to escape your own mind. Try taking your shoes and socks off and feeling the ground with your toes. Feel the carpet/grass beneath your feet.

Now take a deep breath and breath in for 4 seconds and out for 4 seconds. Roll your shoulders to relax your body, and repeat.

Remember you are strong and you can control your own mind and spirt.
